Guidelines and regulations for a better roleplay experience
• Killing/running over a player for no reason randomly with no intention to roleplaying the incident.
• Prior interaction with a player and a valid exchange must be established before you can kill someone.
• Vehicle Deathmatching is only allowed if the other person poses a threat or has had a prior interaction with the player.
• All of us are here to realistically roleplay. In being part of our server, you are agreeing to roleplay with a character / personality with a good history. You are agreeing to know from start to finish exactly why said roleplay has been initiated; in other words, you can detail from start to finish exactly why the roleplay has been initiated, your character's motivation for being in the roleplay, what the point of the roleplay is, and where your character's personality / life intersects in the bounds of the roleplay.
• This is when you utilize Out-Of-Character information/knowledge for personal In-Character benefit or gain.
• All characters must operate with some level of fear for their lives. While your characters may not truly die, they must act as if
their character is subject to fear due to the possibility of being injured or losing their life. You must take into account all
repercussions while your life is on the line, you can't be a hero every time.
• If an opportunity presents itself where you are not in immediate danger, they may fight back.
• If your character gets hurt and dies/passes out, the moment they respawn after the timer ends they must forget everything that has
led up to the moment, this means you must roleplay it out that your lost your memory or forgot what happened and cannot return back
to the scene for revenge.
• Your character may only be allowed to survive and remember an injury which incapacitated them if an actual player (EMS) physically
transports you to a hospital where you are treated and recover from your injuries.
• This is anything that can be considered an unrealistic situation. This is usually common sense, simply ask yourself these questions: Does this happen IRL?
• Spawning/Despawning Vehicles randomly in the public.
• Repairing your vehicle in the open or mid pursuit.
• Opening a POLICE STATION DOOR if your not on as LEO
• Being searched and lying about what you posses.
• Not roleplaying injuries, such as being shot multiple times and walking away.
• Respawning while LEO or EMS are on scene.
• There are many more that can fall under FailRP!
• Combat logging is prohibited and is defined as when a player exits their game to avoid an RP.
• Exiting to avoid LEO or EMS.
• Exiting to avoid being arrested, charged with a crime, or while being booked in jail.
• Exiting to avoid hospitalization.
• Exiting to avoid getting robbed or kidnapped.
• Leaving the server during a staff situation is not allowed.
• Green zone are safe areas. You may only conduct passive RP in green zones, no crime or aggressive/violent RP.
• If someone runs into the green zone to avoid an RP that was started outside of the green zone, the RP may still continue.
• Within green zones, you must remain IC at all times, the only place you can break character is the spawn area.
• All medical Centers (GreenZones)
• All Police Departments (GreenZones)
• Spawn Zones (GreenZones)
• Goverment Buildings (GreenZones)
• Special Crimelife buisnesses (GreenZones)
• It is not allowed to interfere and is where a player inserts himself into another's RP in intrusive fashion for non-meaningful purposes or for non-practical motives and ends up breaking the present RP or changing the outcome. However; roleplaying as a good Samaritan will not be considered Interfering.
• Cop-baiting is not allowed where your sole intention is to get LEO's attention with nothing being directed towards the positive development of your character.
• It's okay to play back from in-game chat but not out loud. Music must be appropriate for RP purposes. Don't go ahead and play on your soundboard some memes or some random noises which have nothing to do with either of the following:RP or the character you're portraying. That can be counted as mic spam!
• It's not allowed to employ crosshairs in-game externally since it's not fair.
• Using or threatening usage of the injecting tools, mod-menus, DOS/DDOS tools is prohibited.
• Taking advantage of known bugs to perform malicious activity. Using a feature in GTA for something one would otherwise think is FailRP.
• Glitching or leveraging glitches for unfair gain in the game (such as using an animation to enter otherwise unaccessible area space).
• If it is discovered an exploit/glitch exists, report it to the development team by opening a ticket.
• Escaping Prison (Unless DOC is active)
• Murderous Insane Psychopath / Sociopath Roleplay
• Sexual Roleplay
• Nudity
• Alien Roleplay
• Suicide being used to escape from an RP scenario
• Crossing real-life politics with in-game scenarios
• Violent RP whilst using a custom ped
• Creating a character based on a historically political or racist person
• School Shootings
• Roleplay based or regarding IRL sexual abuse events
• Terrorist/ISIS Roleplay (Agenst Fivem/GTA TOS)
• PRIORITY IN PROGRESS (PIP): This means that there is currently an active priority scene which the police are dealing
with; during this time, you cannot flee from a police interaction or commit aggressive RP unless you are a part of the
priority scene. You can continue your existing RP with other civilians whether it is passive or aggressive, but you cannot
create any new priorities/aggressive RP.
• PRIORITY COOLDOWN (PCD): Priority Cooldown is activated once the suspects are caught or have successfully escaped from
authorities, signaling the end of the priority scenario. During Priority Cooldown, players are prohibited from initiating
any new Priority RP or Aggressive RP and must engage only in Passive RP. If you have escaped, you should lay low to avoid
attracting the attention of authorities.
